BUY OMAC PUMPS
OMAC has always prioritised meeting customer requirements. To continuously enhance its manufacturing processes, products, and customer service, the company introduced a Quality Service several years ago, which later evolved into a full-fledged Quality Management System.
Recognising market demands, OMAC sought certification for its Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards, achieving certification in 2005. To ensure ongoing compliance with its Quality Policy goals, the system employs regular data collection and analysis, following a strategy of continuous improvement.

Product OverviewThe B series lobe pumps are versatile and suitable for various applications, particularly those involving hygienic and chemical processes. OMAC lobe pumps are renowned worldwide for their durability, performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance. This series offers 16 models with flow rates ranging from 0.05 to 200 m³/hr. The ST and SM models are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and differ in their tolerances (standard and increased). Both models are available with duplex shafts. The HP model features crescent-shaped rotors in an anti-seizure stainless steel alloy and duplex shafts for higher counter pressures up to 20 Bar. The OMAC Lobe Pump is modular, allowing for quick and easy replacement of key parts like rotors and seals. A wide selection of rotors, seals, and gaskets is available to suit different applications. The pumps are constructed with a cast iron gearbox coated in epoxy paint or nickel-plated for added protection. A separating chamber between the rotor case and gearbox allows for the installation of balanced, compact, reversible mechanical seals, preventing contamination between the pumped fluid and gearbox lubricant. The gearbox base is designed for easy installation into horizontal and vertical pipelines. The OMAC Lobe Pump’s modular design and high-quality components ensure reliable performance and long-lasting durability. The compact and rigid mechanical parts, including double conical roller bearings, shafts, and oversized gears, operate in an oil bath within the gearbox to minimize tolerances and maintain optimal pump performance. The wide range of seals and gaskets allows for material selection based on the specific fluid being handled. |

Product OverviewThe BE series pumps are designed to be simple yet robust, featuring a compact monoblock design. This design integrates the drive unit directly with the pump using a hollow shaft and rear cover equipped with an IEC flange, resulting in a compact and lightweight structure. The new design, featuring a smooth cover and fixing nut built into the rotors, enhances the cleaning standard for improved hygiene. These lobe pumps are fitted with bi-lobe rotary piston rotors made from either AISI 316L stainless steel or anti-friction alloy CY5SnBiM, which provide excellent volumetric efficiency and smooth, consistent transfer of various liquid or viscous products. In less demanding applications, BE pumps can serve as an alternative to the B series, offering a cost-effective solution that meets high sanitary standards. This makes the BE series an ideal choice for expanding the use of OMAC lobe pumps in diverse sectors, where affordability and hygiene are key considerations. |

BF-F SERIES PUMPS
![]() |
Product OverviewThe BF series is a new range of lobe pumps based on the successful B series pumps. These pumps maintain the principles of performance, solidity, and reliability while incorporating a new design for easier external cleaning and featuring an AISI 304 gearbox. All product-wetted parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel with a ferrite content of less than 3%. The cover has a smooth design with a new gasket, and the rotors offer the option of built-in fixing nuts or external fixing without nuts for the F series. The pump body is press-forged and has integral non-welded Tri-clamp or DIN11864-3 connections. The elimination of slots ensures easy CIP cleaning without cleaning fluid retention. The F series (without nuts on rotors) has obtained EHEDG certification for its easy cleanability. The BF series uses FDA-approved elastomers and features new mechanical seals with larger, self-draining slots for thorough cleaning and to prevent the retention of potentially dangerous cleaning fluids. The standard internal finish of the pump is 0.8-2.8 micron RA, with the option of mechanical polishing to 0.8 µ RA finish or electropolishing and manual polishing to less than 0.6 micron RA. To maintain modularity, the BF series offers all the options available for the existing B series pumps. |

C SERIES PUMPS
![]() |
Product OverviewThe C and CF series are new sanitary-hygienic pumps designed to meet the high standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries. These lobe pumps are easily cleanable using hot water, reducing the need for chemical products. The materials, surface finishing, and design features have earned these pumps EHEDG and 3A certification. The C series incorporates a new front-loading seal design for easier and faster servicing. Additionally, the external axial adjustment system simplifies maintenance. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4404, and the pump body is cast with integral connections to eliminate welding. The rotors are designed for optimal efficiency and minimal product damage, with two available options: four-lobes and dual wing (bi-lobes). The bearing housing is made of nickel-plated cast iron, ensuring sturdiness, compactness, and a rounded profile. The pumps can be installed horizontally or vertically (self-draining) and are available in an explosion-proof version (II 2G Ex h T4 Gb) for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. |
